the 'all night diner' tab is completely wrong on here, so i decided to

i think either a guitar or bass is just playing a D (a----5-- works 
best) 
for the whole song, but there is an overlay over it like so:

you can either play the G up on the 10th fret of the A, or on the 3rd 
of the 
E. either way sounds fine at different times. i think isaac switches 
around.

as for the riff going on, is like this:

at times he goes down and and plays another riff im not too sure about,

sometimes the little thing at the end isn't played just strum the sevens with muting and playing and some sliding listen to cd for strum pattern or just get into it and ad lib it.  Actually messing around this sounds better right now

the high part at the end could be played either way and might even go back and fourth between them.  Just when bending and pulling of make it like a silent pull off don't hit the 5 when coming off 7.

As for drums it sounds like he's hitting the bass drum pedal to that beat...throwing other stuff in there.  I am sure bass follows guitar, but I'm no bass player and can barely tab guitar myself.  I hope this helps and enjoy.
