My suggestion - find someone with Technet or MSDN subscriptions, and
have them download a legitimate copy of Windows XP ProN Spanglish
Edition, install it, and test :-p (Windows ProN doesn't have media
player - It is.. 'naked'. Reference Rule 34.)

As far as sticking things in "orifice of choice", usb keys are
conceivably small enough to be emplanted, Bourne style. Just have to
make sure it has gold contacts and some non--bio-rejecting light
colored non-metalic skin so it cannot be metal detected. If not USB,
then microSD.
