knowing your way around command line and being able to
download/execute an exe may be easier in many cases. to be safe,

windows partition, copy your executable, and modify the registry
to execute it on startup.

My question would be why they would leave you alone in a room with 3 computers, your wallet, an Ubuntu LiveCD and a USB thumbdrive. Searching the prisoner and confiscating all personal effects has been standard procedure for awhile.
