a usb with an exe or bat may be simple, but usb may be disabled.
knowing your way around command line and being able to
download/execute an exe may be easier in many cases. to be safe,
don't place your eggs all in one basket. have the usb, an online
method, maybe even a wallet size ubuntu livecd that can mount the
windows partition, copy your executable, and modify the registry
to execute it on startup.

computers, your wallet, an Ubuntu LiveCD and a USB thumbdrive.
Searching the prisoner and confiscating all personal effects has been
standard procedure for awhile.
