a usb with an exe or bat may be simple, but usb may be disabled. knowing your way around command line and being able to download/execute an exe may be easier in many cases. to be safe, don't place your eggs all in one basket. have the usb, an online method, maybe even a wallet size ubuntu livecd that can mount the windows partition, copy your executable, and modify the registry to execute it on startup.
my question would be, why would they leave you alone in a room with 3 computers?
My question would be why they would leave you alone in a room with 3 computers, your wallet, an Ubuntu LiveCD and a USB thumbdrive. Searching the prisoner and confiscating all personal effects has been standard procedure for awhile.
