Re: [pen] Best AV for business

I love McAfee Enterprise Active Virus Defense Suite. It's excellent for a small-footprint centrally-managed protect-everything type of client. (Note that any other McAfee AV product is pretty junky.)

I specifically recommend against Symantec Endpoint Protection (that's the v11 client suite) - it's excellent, but only if you're running it on new, fast PCs. Otherwise it's a bloated resource hog.

AVG is okay, but both the licensing implementation and cosmetics have always annoyed me.

(Also contains a link to the installer. Can be used  unlicensed as a 30-day, fully-functional trial.)

Pricing includes unlimited access to Signature and Engine update (until the version gets EOL'ed.)
"Maintenance", which can be purchased, allows "free" access to new versions... But each version "lives" for several years.
