Actually, as in interesing side note to this-in St Clair county (Port Huron
area), they just adopted some law or resolution or something that states
that anyone 19 or older coming back from Canada can't be arrested for having
alcohol in their system, as long as they're not legally drunk.  US law has
the zero tolerance policy, meaning that anyone under 21 can be arrested for
having even trace amounts of alcohol in their system.
